Una de las cosas que mas nos gusta de California es el clima!! por supuesto..
Llovió las primeras semanas cuando llegamos y llueve ocasionalmente pero en general hace un sol esplendido casi todos los dias....
y desde que hemos llegado hemos tenido entre 10 y 15 grados...

One of the things that we like the most about CA is the weather!! of course..
It rained for a few weeks when we first arrived and it does rain occasionally but in general is sunny most of the days...
And since we arrived it's been between 10 and 15 degrees...

Queriamos enseñaros donde estamos y lo que tenemos alrededor...
We wanted to show you where we live and and our surrondings...












Esto es el centro del pueblo de Mountain View..
Una calle...
Alredor por supuesto avenidas inmensas donde tienen repartidos tiendas y supermercados..
Y los grandes centros comerciales..

This is the downtown area in Mountain View..
Just one street...
Surrounded with five lane avenues where shops, supermarkets and all kind of business feed off
And large shopping malls


The train station..






Y por fin llegamos a Palo Alto...me harte de buscar el palito y no lo encontré...pero es un pueblo interesante...con una tienda de bicis caras que se me cae la baba cuando paso por delante...

And finally we get to Palo Alto (Long Stick)...I looked for the bloody stick and didn't find it...an interesting town...there a bike shop with very expensive bikes...gets me drooling everytime...

Hasta hay un cine que pone pelis antiguas...quizas vayamos esta tarde a ver una de Cary Grant...
The local cinema plays oldies...we might go to see a Cary Grant movie tonight.






Downtown Sunnyvale..
Tambien solo una calle.. y esta es la que menos tiene de todos.. solo restaurantes y un par de tiendas con estilo de los 70.

Fue un gran cambio para mi ver como estan aqui organizados los pueblos, la vida aqui.. muy distinto a lo que estaba acostumbrada..

Y hasta tenemos una base de la nasa cerca..

Y lo mejor de todo haber redescubierto a Elvis gracias a Dani en todos nuestros paseos en coche..
But best of all is to have re-discovered Elvis thanks to Dani, it was always on whenever we were in the car...you were always on my mind....you were always on my mind...
